How do I change my delivery date or cancel?

Your confirmation email contains a magic link to your secure Customer Portal. You have full control of the following at any time:

  • Reschedule
  • Cancel
  • Update shipping address
  • Change products
  • Update payment details

What if I have some left?

Simply access the Customer Portal via the magic link in your email before the next delivery date to reschedule!

What if my prescription changes?

Just email us your new script at hello@odoptometry.com.au

Unopened and saleable product can be returned to our store in Melbourne (shipped at own cost).

Do you price match?

We will price match against any reputable store with a physical location and an .au domain. Please provide:

Why would you? We offer great pricing and long-term, personalised eye care from trained and knowledgeable staff.

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Oculus Dexter Optometry contact lens Subscribe and Save plan is available for all contact lenses sold online and subject to these terms and conditions (which may be amended from time to time).
  2. The subscription provides you with a set % discount off the current online full retail price of the contact lenses applicable at the time of each shipment. Please note that the prices of contact lenses fluctuate up and down based on vendor pricing and market conditions, and we will do our very best to offer you your product selection at the most competitive prices we can. Should the applicable discount rate change, or the product become unavailable, we will notify you at least 7 days prior to the change of the discount rate. We will do our best to accommodate a next best option if that is your preference.
  3. You must have a current valid contact lens prescription prescribed by a registered Australian or New Zealand optometrist.
  4. Your subscription is ongoing until you cancel, your prescription expires, or Oculus Dexter Optometry amends its product offering or subscription terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or conclude our subscription offers at any time.
  5. If your prescription expires, we will contact you to update your account with a new prescription. No product will be shipped without a valid prescription
  6. You will be provided with your contact lenses at the frequency at which you initially order, e.g. if you have ordered 90 days of contact lenses, we will send you a refill order of contact lenses every 90 days and charge your credit card every 90 days. You have full control and can pause or reschedule your order in our Customer Portal.
  7. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however you may be charged for your next subscription order if you do not cancel before the subscription order date. You can cancel your subscription in your Customer Portal or by calling us at 03 9044 2768.
  8. The Subscribe & Save Subscription Plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or benefit from any source.
  9. All personal information is collected, stored and used in accordance with the Oculus Dexter Optometry Privacy Policy.
  10. This subscription plan is offered by Oculus Dexter Optometry Pty Ltd. It is subject to our standard policies including our Terms of Service.
